For more than 20 years Spaceshots has offered a
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - if you're not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item. Spaceshots
is noted for quality workmanship and products that provide
years of enjoyment. We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase!
If you are returning your merchandise by mail, please follow
the procedure outlined below to ensure we process the return
according to your wishes. Please keep the packing slip that
you receive with your shipment. Upon receiving your order,
please inspect all merchandise for any defects. We will gladly
provide you with an exchange or a credit (for the merchandise
amount only). Your satisfaction is important to us. We appreciate
your business and referrals. Unfortunately, this does exclude
all special orders (including Astrophotographs), custom images,
licensing and software/video products.
The majority of our unframed posters and art prints are
carefully packed in sturdy tubes and or boxes and shipped
via a certified parcel carrier. Smaller items are shipped
flat in sturdy packaging. All items are padded with paper
packaging materials. If you receive an item that has been
damaged during shipping or if we have made an error, please
do not return it. Please notify us immediately and we will
arrange for a pick-up. If you have a chance to refuse delivery
of an item you would like to return, you are encouraged to
do so, but please notify us of the refusal by wither calling
1-800-272-2779 or e-mail at email@example.com.
Returns: Please note we do not
pay for shipping a return to our warehouse nor reimburse for
shipping costs. Spaceshots will not accept C.O.D.'s for returned
items. Refunds and credits will be issued for returned items
within 30 days of receiving any merchandise
from Spaceshots. Please notify us of all returns before you
send any items back as we cannot be responsible for unsolicited
returns. When returning an order we need the following information:
Original Invoice number (if possible) Your name and telephone
number along with the area code - this is your customer number.
Item being returned or exchanged and your reason for the return
or exchange. Please use a shipping method that is traceable
for all returns valued over $50.00. Please insure all returns.
We suggest Fed EX, UPS, and USPS.
Please note: SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT
We cannot accept the following returns:
• Any order returned more than 30 days after it was
• Any damaged or non-resalable product
• Any opened Software, CD-ROMs, or Videos
• Any custom Astrophotographs
• Any custom image outputs
